About me

I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) in Utah. I graduated with my Master's degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from the fully accredited program at University of Phoenix in 2018. Since that time, I have worked with children, teens, adults, couples, individuals and families. I have worked with trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, anger, domestic violence, addiction, family relationships, couples issues, etc. My background includes experience as a military veteran working as a technician closely with medical staff and providers, which I have noticed enriches my experience in the field as a counselor and my ability to provide quality service. I believe everyone deserves to be understood, heard, and a little support, understanding and empathy, can go a long way in helping people come to healing and discovering their true potential.
