Hello! It takes a lot of courage to reach out! I would love to help you get to where you want to be emotionally, spiritually, or professionally. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia, and also a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Certified Life Coach.
My approach is first of all to focus on you as a unique person with your own thoughts, feelings, struggles, goals, and dreams. My job is to create a sacred space for you, to listen with my whole being, to reflect, and to ask you powerful questions which will help you explore, analyze, brainstorm, and discover answers and strengths which lay within you and which you may not yet be aware of. And unlocking motivation is key to moving forward, isn’t it? I believe that this is often found in describing what we love and value and then creating a vision around what we love and value which is compelling and life-giving.
A little about me: I have a varied background which has led me to be someone who believes in thinking “outside of the box”! That is, sometimes life takes us on unexpected adventures – this can be both painful and scary, but also exciting. I initially earned a B.A. in Liberal Arts and then a B.Mus. in Music Education from the Eastman School of Music. However, it wasn’t until many years later that I felt called to the professional counseling field, completing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Argosy University Atlanta in 2014. My clinical internship gave me the privilege of working with children and adolescents presenting with ADHD and autism. My post-graduate work has included working with adults of all ages around life transitions, relationship issues, grief, depression, stress, and physical health; and for two years I worked intensively with adults struggling with opiate addiction.

I have only had 1 session, but very pleased. She is calm but energetic and very personable and really seems to listen well and understand people. I really liked my session!
Day by day, her open heart and seemingly endless capacity to listen and provide resources have helped me in my postpartum volcanic roller coaster. Yay technology for making this healing process so convenient! Gabrielle is a stellar therapist.
Wonderful! Really taking the time and effort to learn about me and work with me.
Gabrielle is awesome! I could not have a better virtual experience, and I am so blessed to have met her.
Gabriella has offered me a place to spew all of my list of life-stuff while she clearly listens, processes and offers practical tools, dialogue and support. She's great - I highly recommend Gabrielle and Betterhelp. SO much more convenient to chat on the platform and video-meet than get in my car and drive - AHH!!... She's on time and I feel heard :) 10+
Gabrielle helped me during the darkest time of my life. With a few sessions, she helped me to see things from an angle that was new to me. She provided the ear I needed, and the expertise to offer suggestions on how to move forward. She checked in with me often and was available whenever I needed her, even offering same day appointments. Thank you Gabrielle. You are truly a professional and a real compassionate soul.
In the short time I've been talking to her some parts that were problems in my personal life and hopefully as time goes on hopefully I can improve in other ways as well.
