About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist. I am also a Certified Clinical Supervisor intern. I have about 3 years experiencing as a licensed professional, but over 10 years in the field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, addictions, pregnancy and postpartum related to substance use, relationship issues, parenting problems, sexual and domestic violence, trauma, and LGBT needs.

I use many different counseling techniques, including strength based, humanistic approaches, motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and mindfulness practice. I use a variety of different approaches so that I am able to meet your needs. If you are ready to make a change, I'm here and ready to help. I know that it is not always easy to work on yourself, and that therapy can leave you feeling vulnerable, but I am here to help make that process easier for you. I will help give you the tools that you need in order to empower you in your day to day life.
