I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Connecticut with extensive experience in child, adolescent, adult and family psychotherapy. I specialize in the assessment and treatment of child and adult Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, and behavioral difficulties. I provide counseling services as well as parental support by utilizing a strengths-based method to treatment. I have completed comprehensive, specialized trainings in infant mental health, trauma, and adoption. I am a Registered Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator (COS-P), and I completed the intensive full implementation-level training for the evidence-based model called Child-Parent Psychotherapy, which promotes attachment-based parenting and infant/child mental health. In addition, I have certifications in Adoption Competency from the nationally recognized organization called The Center for Adoption Support and Education (C.A.S.E.) and I am also a certified hypnosis practitioner.

Gayle has transformed my daily life and struggles with anxiety and irrational thoughts in such a short space of time. I have been in a much better emotional place since speaking with her.
