With almost 10 years of experience, I will help you make small changes in your breathing and thinking, to make big changes in your decisions/emotions which will allow you to begin to enjoy life the way you deserve. It is a pleasure to talk to Gerald. He listens and engages with good balance. It was easy to tell Gerald what and how I was feeling, while knowing that he was really listening.
