I am licensed in Texas with 16 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. My ultimate goal is to support & empower you in that journey. I obtained my Master's degree in Social Work from Spalding University in her Doctorate of Social Work from Capella University. I have a strong interest in helping people reach their mental health and life goals and in sessions, utilize cognitive reprocessing therapy (CPT), faith-based therapy (FBT), family systems therapy (FST), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), solutions-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and much more.
