I am a licensed psychologist in Massachusetts with over 15 years of experience providing therapy services. I received my master's degree and PhD from Case Western Reserve University, where I received training in cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, psychological testing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I have extensive experience working with clients with depression, anxiety, health issues, and interpersonal concerns. I also have specialized experience working with individuals with eating disorders.
In our work together, you can expect me to be very interactive, to use humor, and to challenge you gently if you are stuck. My approach to therapy is best described as integrationist--that is, I incorporate elements of different approaches to treatment to develop the best fit for each individual client. I believe there is no "one size fits all" approach to therapy. In building a treatment plan, I look to the core assumption of DBT: In any given moment, each of us is doing the best we can, with the resources available to us, and that there is always room for improvement. You've already taken that first step toward improvement just by seeking support.
I look forward to getting to know you.

Dr. Woldorf is wonderful. She knows how to understand me and ask me thought provoking questions.
I am so grateful that I was connected with Dr. Woldorf. She has really helped me open up and address some of my hidden anxieties that I didn't even realize before, and she always finds a way to help me understand things in a new light. She brings a lot of humor to our conversations to lighten things up, yet she also guides me through deeper issues that can be difficult to discuss. She is always ready to offer support and encouragement, and she has played a huge role in my progress to recovery.
Dr Woldorf has been extremely helpful in helping me understanding my mixed emotions about my relationship and has really helped me work through things and find answers within two months
She’s really great and understands the issues very clearly. She provides action items/things to think about during every session. Highly recommend!
