I have been practicing for 18 years and have worked with cultures around the world. I specialize in cultural and Spiritual issues, as well as lifestyle balance/Meditation/Mindfulness. I have studied with Spiritual leaders and Buddhist Monks around the world. My approach to Counseling is integrative and solution-focused. I individualize goal planning to tailor treatment to your individual needs. I am a companion of motivation and encouragement on your journey through life. I will coach you through your issues and provide both nurturing and challenging interventions to assist you with growth and new ways of looking at problems/solutions. I am a published researcher, have received several awards for my work in the field of Psychology and believe in helping you to help yourself and assisting you with activating your ability to heal yourself. I have worked extensively with servicemen and women as well as a plethora of different cultures. I am heavily influenced by William James, Carl Jung and Viktor Frankl. This world has experienced many shifts and we all need assistance in its navigation. Please reach out if I can be of assistance. Please note that if you are feeling like you are going to hurt yourself or someone else, this site is not appropriate. I do not work with these issues in an online counseling forum. I also cannot work with people who have a CPS/APS cases/eating disorders and most legal matters. Please call 911 in an emergency. Please keep in mind that if I'm a few minutes late to session, I will give you the full 30 minutes. I try not to run over the allotted time or it keeps everyone waiting. Please also keep in mind that l will wait in the counseling room for you up to 10 minutes, after that you will need to reschedule. I try to respond to all requests within one-two business days and am not available most weekends for live chat, phone sessions. Sessions are 30 minutes. I ask for 24 hours notice of cancellation. After 3 no call/no shows, services may be terminated for lack of compliance with treatment. Please note: I am not taking other Mental Health Professionals as clients at this time. Please be sure you have a quiet place for sessions and are not driving. If these conditions cannot be met, please reschedule. If you are trying to have a session under these circumstances, I will need to end the session. Each session, I will ask you to confirm the state that you are in. If you are not in MT, WA or NV, we will not be able to have session. You must be in states that I am licensed in order to have session, so that you are in my jurisdiction of practice. Any veering from this will result in immediate discharge.

Understood what my problem areas were almost right away and I felt like she really wanted to help, as well as connect with me.

Gina is patient and compassionate with each session. She listens to what I want to work on and gives me tangible exercises I can use to alleviate my stress and anxiety. I originally thought I’d only do counseling for a month or two, but I’ve found our sessions so helpful that I have kept it up. I look forward to talking with her each week.

Gina was absolutely wonderful. My issues were outside of her scope for this platform, but she was thoughtful, empathetic, and very skilled. She was a great introduction to Better help!

Gina is a very compassionate and caring human being. I never thought I'd be able to talk to someone, who essentially I don't know, about my life without feeling unsettled. Gina makes you feel comfortable and safe in a way that you have no hesitation when it comes to talking about difficult things. I highly recommend Gina as a personal therapist.
