I have had the opportunity to work with adults, children, families, and couples, dealing with relationship issues, depression, and anxiety. These issues often interrupt our daily lives and can leave us feeling down. However, when one has a good relationship with someone who cares, one can work towards their goals, learning how to manage and eventually be set free from what was holding them back.
My counseling style is interactive, empathetic, and warm. It is my belief that listening is the key to success in a therapeutic relationship. This is a nonjudgmental zone. Treating my clients with respect and compassion are also at the top of my list when interacting with my clients.
