As a Biochemistry & Physiology graduate, I went on to fulfil a colourful career from working in a biochemistry lab within the drug production industry, to successfully manage global clinical drug trials across the pharmaceutical industry, at corporate, private as well as public sectors. My career path has meant being exposed to dealing with and managing high stress level roles, whilst interfacing across cultures and socio-economic bounds, added to the experiences of having been born and brought up in multicultural and diverse London.
Realising my counselling skills has allowed me to qualify as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Hypnotherapist. I have worked with a wide range of clients (inclusive of my ongoing placement, working with children at Place 2 Be), all with varying issues dealing with bereavement grief, abuse, self esteem, depression, anxiety and more.
I provide a very unique service for my clients whereby I am able to use my scientific knowledge, such as the implications of neuroscience and biochemistry upon the human mind. This is along with integrative therapy techniques ranging from the use of psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), person centred therapy and more. This truly allows me to view the clients’ issues as a gamut, encompassing the mind, body and soul.
Life can bring much stress, placing obstacles in your path which can result from relationship issues, grief, loss, high pressured job roles and so much more. Such events can be debilitating both mentally and physically at times. This can result in much pain and suffering. It is in times of need that we look toward guidance, warmth and genuine support in order to work around these obstacles. My goal is to work alongside your goal, honing to bring you to a more peaceful version of yourself through your therapy journey.

She’s been a great help and really helped me to understand what I am feeling and why and possible ways to circumvent the negative thoughts
