About me

I am a Doctoral level psychotherapist that specializes in Trauma, addiction, and mood disorders. I have served numerous populations over the past 20 years. I also served in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman and addictions counselor. I have specialized advanced training in trauma and veteran mental health. I have also worked on college campuses and University Medical school campuses. I have a well rounded view of counseling using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, EMDR, and somatic based therapies. I am also a registered yoga teacher and teach a trauma based yoga class. I also train organizations with wellness workshops and diversity and inclusion seminars.
