Gordana Lamb, BACP, NCPS
About me
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) based in the UK, with 4 years of professional work experience as a therapist. I have a BSc (first degree) in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I can offer short term counselling and long term psychotherapy, depending on your reasons for seeking support. While my relational approach to therapy is underpinned by Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and CBT training, I believe in a tailored approach to treatment, which will meet your unique and specific needs, in a therapeutic relationship that will help you to find a way to help yourself.
I have helped clients to deal with stress and anxiety, depression, family and relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, coping with mental health diagnoses, self esteem, identity and other issues. In addition to my work as a qualified therapist, I have extensive experience of supporting university students with disabilities and neurodivergence (ADHD and Autism in particular).
I possess a natural affinity for fostering positive connections, effectively and seamlessly communicating with individuals from various backgrounds, whilst demonstrating positivity, inclusivity, and sensitivity to others' needs. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. It takes bravery to seek help, and I admire you for taking this step.

I feel that I am in a safe space with Gordana. She is objective and yet has empathy and reacts in a very human way to what I’m saying. I look forward to our sessions - I feel that I can be myself here

I've already had sessions with Gordana and I am absolutely happy. She is a really kind and supportive person. I have a problem to be opened with people, but with Gordana I feel very relaxed, opened and confident.
