You’ve made it here!
I believe that says two things about you: your searching for a resolution and you realize that your chances of resolution are greater in therapy. I am a licensed professional counselor in Texas and I’m a national board-certified counselor. I have my Master’s in clinical psychology from Abilene Christian University. My experience includes working with adults, couples, and families in both outpatient and inpatient settings. I’ve also worked with clients online and in group therapy settings. I have worked with clients experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. When working in inner-city Houston my main focus was addiction. My specialty has been working with clients who suffer from: depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, trauma, grief, and cutting disorders. My style of therapy is eclectic, but I primarily use CBT and solution-focused therapy with an emphasis on an interactive focus.
So here's the thing that I've learned throughout my experience practicing: resolution can’t be found until the pain is dealt with. Life will undoubtedly deal you pain and pain demands attention, it's a visceral signal, it can’t be ignored or pushed aside. Finding your way out of depression, addiction, grief, trauma, anxiety, or any of life's struggles starts with honoring the pain and knowing that you can discover personal strength and freedom.
My approach comes from an understanding that we each are unique and authentic, in that we come from very different life experiences. I can help by using your strengths and experiences to guide you to the tools that work best for you. If you're ready for a change let's walk to the other side together

she is awesome
Grace is amazing!!
Grace is a kind, compassionate, educated and a very intentional person. She strives at her vocation as a counselor.
She truly has impacted my life and help me through the past 5 difficult months as I'm sure she does to all of those who are seeking counseling from her.
I have been in therapy a couple times in my life and this is by far the most progress I have made. It's not easy to feel comfortable with someone and express the issues/pain/emotional turmoil that you are going through, but Grace is so easy to talk to. She focuses on what the is most important to you.
I honestly love this format. It is instant and accessible. I just wish most of the webinars weren’t so early in the morning.
I just started working with Grace not too long ago and I could not ask for anyone better. She listens to me, she understands me, and she gives great advice on how to come to terms with my issues head on rather than hide them. I highly HIGHLY recommend her. She’s amazing.
Grace is wonderful! She always helps me with the right kind of insight, advice, and understanding.
Such an amazing person. Very respectful yet very honest. Understanding and patient.
She listens and has sound advice.
Grace has been a clever, calming, and compassionate voice for me as I've been struggling for the last few months. I'm very appreciative I found this service and that I've been able to work with her.
Grace is an amazing person and counselor. She makes me feel so much better about the things I need to work on and that I’m not alone in what I’m going though. I cannot say enough good things about her. If it had not been for her, I don’t know where I would be right now.
I’ve tried talk/cognitive therapy many times over the years. I have never been able to find a therapist I felt truly comfortable with or that gave me the kind of real world approach I have been looking for. Grace is like talking to a very educated friend. She has such a great personality and insight.
