Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Grace Okugbere. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Grace is great at pivoting during sessions from one intense subject like childhood trauma, job search, and questioning parenthood. I highly recommend her as she helps provide guidance on grounding in the moment, reframing negative talk, and digging deep to the why.

She’s so diligent and makes you feel very comfortable opening up. She’s really good at asking the right questions and identifying stuff that is blocking me and I couldn’t realize (nor could the other 3 therapists I saw before her). She listens but not just listens, iykyk
