I am state board certified in Washington and Arizona as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Master Addiction Counselor and a member of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science and of the American Association of Christian Counselors. I hold a BA from Arizona State University, an M.A. from the University of Texas in Psychology, and graduated from Liberty University with an M.A. in Theological Studies and an M.Div. in Professional Ministries. I have practiced as a Mental Health Professional the past five decades in many therapeutic milieus and specialize in providing psycho-spiritual online clinical services that integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with Christian faith. I am thoroughly versed in suggesting and nurturing the use of various psychological methods which includes relaxation, cognitive-behavioral strategies and mindfulness that is also evidence-based, trauma sensitive, and client centered.
