About me
I have over 10 years experience working with adults, adolescents, children, families, and couples to address issues related to depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, child abuse/neglect/trauma, behavioral issues, and grief/loss. I also have experience working with the court system and with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
I use predominantly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy in session and work to make people feel comfortable and accepted. I use a non-judgmental approach and am willing to work with a wide variety of people.
