About me

After serving in the United States Army for over 17 years and navigating multiple deployments I followed my passion of helping others by becoming a licensed therapist.
I am currently living in North Carolina and licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS). I have served an expansive variety of clients who were struggling with depression, anxiety, including panic-related symptoms, addiction, codependency, family problems, trauma, and personality disorders. I will work along side you to develop a treatment plan that meets your needs and provide the results you are looking for!
My approach to therapy starts with the end in mind; knowing what goals you would like to accomplish allows us to create a path to achieve your goals while remaining centered on cultivating the necessary skills to overcome your concerns. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma, and Seeking Safety for trauma and addiction related concerns. I want this to be a life-changing experience for you! My promise to you is that I will work hard to help you prove to yourself that you are capable of happiness, change, and ultimately peace of mind.
I am here to genuinely support you and I commend you for seeking help during this time. I look forward to working with you!
