Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Gretchen Raring. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I have worked with Gretchen Raring for more than a year now. I find that she is very responsive and in-tune with whatever is happening in my life. I had a recent experience that scared and upset me, and she dialogued with me immediately through the site, it was all resolved by the time we met the next day. It is great to know that I have someone who knows my story, and will be there for me when I need them.

She is the first therapist I actually stuck with. I have had bad experiences with other therapists on here but she is awesome.

You can count on her to get back to you quickly by messaging and she's right on time for sessions.

She's very empathetic and knowledgeable when it comes to trauma therapy. She is not a short term therapist that will leave you in the middle of your therapeutic journey. I definitely would recommend her to anyone needing therapy.

I worked with Gretchen briefly. She responded to messages timely and shared articles that addressed my panic attacks. It helped me manage my panic attacks effectively. She listened carefully and were very empathetic during our live sessions. I appreciate her help and would highly recommend her to others.
