About me

Living in this world can be overwhelming at times. Between work, family, social media, and the constant influx of extreme incidents from the news, it can feel almost impossible to know which way to go. My counseling style is empowering and empathetic. I believe most of us have what we need to get better, but sometimes we need a witness to offer guidance and support to get there. My approach combines dialectical-behavioral, humanistic, and existential theories. I will collaborate with you to modify my approach in order to better meet your needs and help you reach your goals.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with over 5 years of experience working as a therapist and counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of backgrounds and identities with concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, addictions, and adjustment problems. I also helped many people who have experienced trauma, abuse, and neglect.

Reaching out for help takes a lot of courage; taking the steps to make change takes even more. Thank you for taking the first step!

Hannah is one of the most kind, understanding, empathetic, and knowledgeable therapists and people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I credit her with keeping me on track with my goals and away from poor coping mechanisms. I’ve never been so thankful for an app and a therapist!

Hannah is the best therapist I've ever had. My last therapist really did a number on me and we've been working on getting my mind in a better place. She never judges, and is completely understanding and wonderful. She knows so much, too! Everything I'm going through she can explain and put me at the starting point to start working through things together. 10/10

I really enjoy working with Hannah. She takes time to understand what I'm saying and acknowledge my feelings and efforts, which is really important to me. It's great to work with someone who "sees" you and is there to give tools and help!

Hannah is very kind and is available to speak with me several times a week. She understands my priorities, as far as the areas in my life I would like to improve, and has assisted with figuring out the best ways to make those improvements. I feel very respected and comfortable while talking with her.
