About me
Therapy is a tool that we can all benefit from at different points of life. My practice uses a warm, person-centered and trauma informed approach, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness and solution focused brief therapy.
I have experience working with individuals of all ages, struggling with negative self-talk, low self-esteem, mood instability, dysregulated emotions, substance use, anxiety, trauma, lgbtq+ and identity development.
