About me

Hello, I'm a marriage and family therapist licensed in California with over 16 years of experience as a psychotherapist and life coach. I commend you for taking this brave step in seeking professional help. Life is complicated and messy at times and without the proper tools to maneuver the situations in our lives, we can find ourselves stuck in unhealthy patterns of coping and communication. Learning to have healthy boundaries and effective communication skills are vital to living a life you can be proud of. I'm passionate about helping you get more of what you want and less of what you don't in your life. I help you do this by exploring your uniqueness, values, strengths and goals. I then provide insight, direction, encouragement and accountability for you to move forward. If you are struggling with feelings of insecurity, depression, anger or fear, I can help you figure out why and what to do about it. You don't have to stay stuck. There is a solution, and I will help you find it.

For the past 16 years I have worked predominately with women, couples, teens and young adults. I am able to provide therapy with a Christian world view if that is of interest to you. I specialize in helping individuals of all ages, overcome unhealthy habits and find happiness in their new found freedom. I look forward to joining you on your journey to greater health, healing and success in both your personal and professional life.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Hanon Rinke. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Hanon has been transformative in my growing experience. I can genuinely tell she cares a lot about her patients, and I leave sessions feeling like a weight is off my shoulders. I have told my friends this, but I really feel like Hanon is making me into a better person.

Hanon is a great counselor. She has several years of experience in different areas. She is attentive, kind, and open-minded. I enjoy that she resonates with her spirituality. She is also great at communicating in a timely fashion and being flexible.

Hanon is great at digging deeper and bringing structure into conversations and thought patterns that can often be abstract for me. I really like the way she can tie in cognitive and scientific reasoning for why our brains work in certain ways, and bring that knowledge into normal day-to-day happenings. And of course, she is very understanding, thoughtful, and non-judgemental.

I have only seen Hanon for three weeks, but in those three sessions she was able to assess what was going on for me more than 24 weeks of EAP counseling did previously. For the first time working with a counselor, I actually know what I am working on and she has made helpful suggestions for augmenting and enriching our work. It makes me am excited and hopeful to think about what other facets of my life I could tackle with her other than what brought me here. I feel blessed to even have the insight she has helped me see in three sessions. I would highly recommend her!!

I haven't spent that much time yet with Hanon, however I'm the pickiest person on the planet and I vibed with her from day one. She's confident, kind, and caring and having someone who can be empathetic and knowledgeable at the same time is just what I needed. I look forward to working with her more.
