About me
I am a licensed professional counselor licensed in Colorado with over 5 years of experience working as a therapist, group facilitator, and psycho-educator. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, eating and body image issues as well as boundary and communication challenges.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I have an eclectic approach to counseling and use the modality that is best suited for you and the situation. Some of modalities I commonly use are Mindfulness, Person-Centered, Internal Family Systems, Trauma Informed, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT).
We all need help and support from time to time and it takes courage to find that support. I look forward to working with you and supporting you in achieving your goals.

Haley has been incredibly impactful in my life! She is intelligent, funny, and kind. Not all therapists are created equally and I knew from day one she was my girl! The world needs more people like her in it, and I will be forever grateful to her for her help in my journey. ❤️

Hayley has taken the time to hear me, and to give me many new approaches for my tool box to process, and manage things. She has helped me to discover the patterns in my behavior and where/ why they may have started. I am on the path to discovering and practicing setting boundaries, thanks to her guidance and help. I have shared with many friends my positive experience with Better Help. I highly recommend it! Thank You!
