Patient, understanding and an amazing listener. Helps guide you without telling you what to do and always remembers the little things.

Heather Butler nailed it. I came into therapy because of life transition (retirement) and processing the associated changes. During our sessions, my mother passed away and so I was able to share some of the emotions that brought up as well.

I've had 4 therapists over my life. Heather has a down to earth relatability that I will always appreciate.

Heather listens and offers outstanding insights. She asks tough questions that we may not want to confront, but that we should. She sends immediate insights from her note-taking after the session and they always always help.
