She is very understanding, lovely to deal with
She's awesome.
We went into couples counseling not knowing what to expect but hoping for the best. While it took a few sessions to get acclimated to the experience we soon found that Heather made us feel at ease about the process and helped us dive into some of the things we were struggling with. Over several weeks my boyfriend and I have been invested in this process and following Heather's advice as well as reflecting on her insights. We are communicating so much better and have been able to avoid frequent, trivial arguments and spend more time connecting, listening, and working through conflicts. I highly recommend Heather to other couples who may be working through similar issues.
Heather is always such an amazing listener. She always responds in a timely manor with such thoughtful responses. Im so lucky to have her as my counselor!
I am so thankful for Heather's insight, and guidance through this transition. She has helped me gain my strength back and to have the courage to make positive decisions and changes for myself.
Point blank Heather makes you feel comfortable enough to think you're just chatting with a friend. I hesitated on therapy and counseling for the longest time and now I'm happy I took the jump. 3ish months later I'm starting to feel more confident in my decisions and better at recognizing when I'm not doing well. Working on ways to be me again and not a shell of myself inside a moving body. Well worth every cent and minute of my time. Heather makes me feel validated and that my concerns are real and not just excuses for my mental health. You will not be sorry to start your journey with her
I didn't think that therapy would work for me, especially in an online medium where you essentially get therapy through email. However, Heather helped me tremendously and I never thought that was possible from just talking with someone.
It has been such a relief to work with Heather. She is readily available with knowledge and resources in timely manner. Heathers kind and open personality really helps me feel comfortable and motivated to continue working on my goals.
She's great
She’s amazing! Listens to me and gives good advice to me. Works with me to help me better understand myself.
Heather has helped me see ways outside of self-depreciation and makes it as easy as pie.
Heather’s expertise showed through from our first conversation. Her willingness to partner with me in trouble-shooting issues we tackle together is so appreciated. Her toolbox is enormous and I feel very comfortable working with her. On this journey through life, I value her fresh perspective!
Heather was amazing! She really took a lot of understanding from what i say and broke it down for me. I couldn't thank her enough. She did a great job helping me. I would recommend her to those who are struggling. Often times you can tell when they don't truly care about your problems but i sense she has a care for her patients. Keep her
I haven’t been seeing Heather very long but I love her already. She is responsive, she listens and gives great advice. I would highly recommend her!
I'm finding Heather very helpful. I'm pleasantly surprised; I was little dubious that a website could take the place of researching my own therapist and having face to face therapy, but Heather is great. I really feel she gets me and my situation. She's struck a perfect balance between support, gentle nudge, and good humor.
Heather is just fantastic--not only kind and thoughtful with her questions and responses, but always at the ready with tools to help me out with any situation I throw at her. It is so wonderful to be able to discuss all of my issues with a non-judgmental, trustworthy person.
Heather has been very helpful during this odd time in my life. Not being able to go out and actually see a therapist I was nervous to try BetterHelp. But Heather listens to my needs, she challenges me to see thing in a different way and I really do love being challenged and making sure I am seeing things from all prospective. I appreciate her response time and always being ready to help and mold me into become a better version of myself.
Heather has been very responsive and has given me many suggestions and lots of thoughts to ponder on. Heather has also provided me with online information for ideas to go along with home work. She is very pleasant and personable.
I enjoy working wit her.
Heather was a joy to work with. We began our sessions during the Coronavirus outbreak, and she was very empathetic listener. Heather offered sound suggestions for mitigating stress and managing relationships with family members. But best of all, speaking with her felt like speaking with an old friend. I felt comfortable expressing myself yet also received an appropriate amount of coaching, i.e. my patterns of negative thought were challenged by Heather in a supportive manner. Finally, I had no difficulty scheduling with her, and she was incredibly communicative throughout our time together. Thanks so much, Heather!
Heather has been great! She’s always responsive, and comes across as caring, even over text. I’d recommend her to anyone.
Heather is a kind and attentive counselor who responds to messages quickly and thoroughly. She makes an effort to understand where I'm coming from and to help me move to a more compassionate and productive place mentally when I'm struggling.
Heather is calming, reassuring and a great listener. She reaches out, gives tips and encouragement! It has been great and I feel okay sharing with her. She is helping me through some really tough stuff and it feels good when I see an email from her!
Heather is a amazing person she takes the time to get to know her clients and works on ways to help better you if you are struggling in a area she will help you out with notes or send you a sheet to help you learn better coping ways to make you a better and stronger person
Heather is compassionate and caring. She is encouraging and she really listens to me. I've had a very positive experience so far.
