I enjoy working with a variety of clients including those with diverse cultural backgrounds and military personnel at all branches and stages of engagement (e.g., retired, veteran, active duty, reserve). My preferred population is adults. Dr.Cromwell has been really great. She has provided me with many tools to help with my anxiety. She has a calming manner about her that helps me feel open to discussing my anxiety and trauma triggers.

Dr. Cromwell is creative in discussion, incredible at getting to the core topics that have caused the need to seek professional help. During the time I have seen her, I have come to look forward to our weekly meetings as a time for growth, introspection, and doing some real work to become a better, healthier, and more balanced person.

Dr. Cromwell has been by far the best therapist I’ve ever had the chance to interact with!
I just wish everybody had a Heather in their corner to work with! She’s a shining light on this app that I was very apprehensive about!
She is really great at reading people and picked up very quickly on how I learn and think. So she has been able to equip me with many mindfulness tools with an emphasis on visualization which have been helping me out of a very trying time.

I have only been part of BetterHelp for the past few weeks but I have already felt the benefits. I feel more hopeful and I understand I have more to do but I feel that I can become the person I want to be.
