Dr. Davis has been a wonderful introduction to BetterHelp for me. She immediately made me feel like I had a safe space to share and be myself. Even though I didn't know what to say at first, she picked up on the topics I mentioned and left me with open ended questions for me to explore.
Doctor Davis was an excellent coach when came to my relationship problems because at the beginning I was a wreck and emotionally unstable and with her help I was able to put myself back together and move on, now I am back to my old self and ready to see what else is out there.
I was struggling with some of the most intense issues I have ever had regarding being a first time parent, trying to keep the peace with my son's mother, and dealing with working my way out of staggering debt. Trying to sort through and process everything that has happened in the last two years felt daunting, and it was tremendously helpful to work with Dr. Heather Davis. She was very insightful and thoughtful, and approached the issues from angles that I had never thought of. Online counseling was very convenient as I could bounce ideas off of my counselor every other day or so, rather than only having access to a counselor once or twice a week and having to take a couple of hours off work each time to go to an office. Overall, this experience has been very beneficial, and I highly recommend it.
