About Me

Hi! I'm so glad you are here. I have been working as a therapist in various settings since 2005 (community mental health, residential treatment for eating disorders, and outpatient private practice).

Throughout my personal journey and professional career I have become acutely aware of how women today are burdened with a sense of shame from believing that they are not good enough. This worn out myth has resulted in a great cost to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health of women, everywhere.

For many years now, I have been committed to uncovering and getting to know my authentic self. Through this journey, I have come to know, deep within my bones, that I AM ENOUGH: that there is nothing more to do or be to make that so, it just is. And I know, without a doubt, that this is also true about you.

As a therapist and transformational life coach, I hold a safe and compassionate space for each client, so that they feel held and supported in a way that allows them to create their own profound transformation. I utilize the teachings of author and scholar Dr Brene´ Brown, as the foundation for my work, and also use the powerful modality of Neuro Linguistic Programing, to help women release from the old programs of shame and negative thinking. Simultaneously, I empower each woman to creatively build a thriving foundation based on authenticity, courage and resiliency; everything that they will need to live a bold and fulfilling life.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Oregon, a Certified Daring Way facilitator and a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
