Heather is fantastic. She is a great listener and makes me feel truly heard. She helps me work through what I am feeling without making me feel ashamed/stigmatized. Most importantly, she is kind, a prompt communicator, and knowledgeable in her field.

Heather has been a wonderful resource for me over the last 3 months as I restarted my journey with professional counseling. She’s been a wonderful sounding board for any concern I bring to her but has also challenged a lot of my longstanding perceptions around communication and boundaries. I’d love to recommend her to anyone who wants a compassionate, empathetic listener who will give constructive insights.
