These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Heather Gunderson. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
I’m glad to have connected with Heather. She provides a safe space for me to process and develop. She takes the time to break down barriers and get to a space of true understanding. She is clearly passionate about the work and genuine in the care she provides. I appreciate how she was direct and thoughtful in her responses. I would recommend her to anyone who is ready to start therapy.
Awesome therapist. She really listens and cares.
Heather listens and provides things i have never considered. Its helping me to understand myself and my family dynamics.
Heather is by far the best therapist with whom I have ever worked. She takes the time to understand my situation and engages with me on my level, intellectually and emotionally. I always feel like I am progressing on my self-help after speaking to Heather and am very appreciative that I got paired with her.
She is the best therapist I have talked to. I feel grateful to have met someone amazing like her.
I have never felt more aligned with a therapist than I do with Heather. She sees me underneath all the layers I’ve piled on myself year after year. And she’s slowly helping me pull them off in a way I feel comfortable with.
Her weekly homework assignments are so relevant and timely and helpful. And I look forward to our sessions every week because I know I have a safe space to share my inner thoughts and feelings with no judgment.
Therapy is the best gift I have given myself this year and I think the reason for that is I found someone that I feel so comfortable with.
Heather has been a lifeline to me so far during a very difficult time in my life. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and very direct which I appreciate. I don’t trust or feel comfortable with many people, but I feel safe and cared for speaking with her. I feel stronger and more empowered working with her, and we’ve only had two sessions. I look forward to continued growth working with her!
Rally enjoyed talking to Heather !
