My name is Heather Race. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma. I have been in the mental health field for thirteen years. I currently have a small practice that I own. I have worked in a wide range of therapeutic settings and have treated all ages.
I tailor my counseling approach based on my client’s needs. I primarily use evidence-based techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, psychoeducation, motivational interviewing, client centered and solution-focused counseling.
I pride myself on being non-judgmental & incredibly supportive of my clients. I know that reaching out for help is not always an easy choice.
