I am an individual therapist licensed in the state of Massachusetts. I have my Master's Degree in Social Work from Boston College Graduate School of Social Work and my Bachelor of Arts Degree from Kenyon College.
I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems and career challenges. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I use client-centered, emotionally-focused and solution-focused therapy, as well as mindfulness therapy.
My passion lies in assisting people to find their authentic self, and to improve their relationships with important people in their lives. Whether your unhappiness and struggles stem from mental health issues or life circumstances, it is my goal to help you understand your situation better and gain clarity and inner peace.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Heidi Steinert. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Heidi is incredibly supportive, this seems to come really natural to her, she intuits, actively listens, and her overall warmth is palpable. She's a superb listener and knows how to probe in ways that are supportive, it feels like she is building something if that makes a lick of sense, she's a people builder.
