Therapy can be challenging to begin. We seek out help from another person for so many different reasons- a loss, lack of sleep, a sense of confusion about the future, the desire heal an old wound, or simply the sense feeling stuck. I believe there is untapped wisdom inside of all of us to solve our problems and resolve our grief. I will be there with you in the darkness and I will help you to find a way forward. We can heal. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the state of California with experience treating families, adolescents, and adults. I practice client centered therapy and work from a strengths based approach. I have provided therapy to clients in residential treatment programs, schools, medical clinics, and outpatient treatment programs. I have specialized training in eating disorder treatment and substance use disorders. Many of the clients in my private practice are healing from break ups and dealing with the struggles of online dating and trying to find connection in our seemingly more and more disconnected world.
