Helaina is kind and down to earth. She doesn’t mind me swearing… or at least she says she doesn’t hahaha

Helaina is literally the best therapist I’ve ever had. And I’ve been to a lot. She knows the perfect balance between listening and giving helpful, practical wisdom.

I shared something with Helaina that I've never shared with anyone else, and she made me feel heard and understood. I tend to lean towards avoidance once I'm ashamed, and she would check in even if I hadn't responded. It was reassuring that I hadn't scared her off, and that she took the time to acknowledge I was on her radar. She has been a wonderful resource.

Helena is by far the most astute, thoughtful and empathetic therapist I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I find her to give thoughtful responses to be engaged, listening and honest in Feedback. I’ve recommended Helena to my dearest loved ones, and I wouldn’t do that with everyone. She’s a gift and therapy is her calling and anyone lucky enough to work with her and invest the time. Will benefit.
