Helena Hawley Grano, LPCC
About me
Hello! My name is Sande' and I have 34 years of experience working with individuals 18 years and older with most any problem they may be having. I have a Master's Degree in Agency Counseling and have worked several settings including inpatient treatment center, a psychiatric inpatient unit, outpatient agency and as private practitioner. I have taught clinical classes for graduate students and have developed integrated programs to meet clients needs. My treatment approach begins with support and providing a solid relationships with my clients so that they can trust me. With this trusting foundation, I can help with depression, anxiety and other problems using cognitive behavioral therapy (a basic skill to teach to my clients). From here, I can help an individual cope with different problems by learning to accept and/or change the situation.
