Is trauma or abuse from your past affecting your day-to-day life, or do feel like you are coming up against the same obstacles over and over again that are keeping you from living your life fully? Together we can work to help you make meaningful, long-term changes in a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental environment.
During our sessions, we’ll work together to clarify your needs. Issues we can address during our sessions include (but are not limited to): multi-cultural issues, divorce care, chronic illness, co-parenting, women's empowerment, abuse, trauma and grief. Our sessions will be tailored to address your specific needs.
I have dedicated my career to helping people heal inner wounds, develop closer family bonds, and improve their lives. Counseling is a journey of discovery that I enjoy with each client, and I feel grateful to be able to share that journey with you.
