I am a Qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist licensed in London. With over 10 years experience of working with women affected by domestic violence and abuse. I can build a trusting therapeutic relationship, by having empathy, being non-judgmental and by providing a flexible client-focused approach to counselling.
I have worked with women with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, addictions, physical trauma, emotional abuse. By employing a different range of appropriate therapeutic interventions and techniques from the Person-Centered and CBT models. My clients can be open and talk freely without any form of discrimination. By the end of our sessions, my clients are able to set goals, and be more positive about their future, living in the here and now.
