Hillary has truly empowered me on my journey and consistently reminds me and teaches me how to respect myself and have as much love for myself as I do for the people around me. She constantly appears in my gratitudes, and her wisdom has resonated in countless ways. Her support has helped me grow beyond what I could have hoped for or imagined. 10/10 would recommend

I’ve stayed with Hillary Bryant the longest out of any therapist I’ve had in the past (including in-person outside of BetterHelp). Hillary is extremely skilled and knowledgeable at what she does. She is non-judgmental, caring, and tactful. I also appreciate that she guides me in figuring out a way through whatever I’m dealing with rather than just telling me what to do. I also appreciate that she offers other perspectives on a situation that I may not have considered. I felt improvement in my mental state almost immediately after beginning sessions with Hillary, and it has made a huge difference over the past couple months. I highly recommend Hillary as a therapist!

It is nice to find someone who speaks and interacts the same way I do. She is very easy to talk to, listens well, provides amazing insights at exactly the right time.
It has only been a few weeks but I already have some great tools to continue improving myself. Being able to bounce things off of her has been extremely helpful as well.
Thank you!
