About Me

I am a master's level therapist with 12+ years of experience. The last 10 years, I have been working in private practice providing therapy to individuals dealing with challenges due to situational emotional distress as well as chronic clinical symptoms. I believe strongly that counseling is an effective tool for helping individuals explore, develop insight, and experience growth. I have expertise in working with anxiety, depression, low motivation, and challenges in focusing life goals.

My counseling style is that I am direct and transparent. I believe in collaboration with subscribers in working toward their counseling goals. My primary orientations are Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Brief Solution Focused Therapy. I provide goal-oriented, evidence based therapy with the intention of helping the individual achieve change in their life, on their terms. This means that sometimes I provide psycho-education to help the individual not only deal with the "what"; but understand the "why". I have diverse experiences and background that makes me well-qualified to work with individuals with equally diverse background and experiences.

A unique thing to know about me, is that as a therapist I enjoy working with people. I also take pride in saying good-bye to my subscribers as well after meeting their goals and helping them on their path to wellness.

I look forward to meeting you and working with you!

I’m very grateful for what Holly has done for me. She is patient, kind and listens. She gives me feedback without me feeling like I’m just making things up. She seems to truly care and fight for me to get better. I appreciate it wholly. Not many have done that for me in my life.

Holly is super insightful. I have been in therapy off and on for years and this is the first time I’ve had real progress in my concerns. She has really helped me shift my mindset on many issues and reminds me of my value when I need it. I’m happy this platform is also discrete and I can have my session in between work. Holly is the best.

After three sessions with Holly, I have found that she listens to my problems without judgement, works to understand my point of view, and offers constructive and direct advice. Also, the work that we do between live sessions has led to a lot of self discovery. I enjoy my sessions with Holly.

I feel lucky to have pushed myself to seek guidance and counseling. I have been struggling with anxiety from work, my childhood and being a parent. I look forward to our calls as well as how kind she is to recall little things and check up on me. I truly feel she cares about me and how I’m doing! I like how she has connected with me it’s like she knows me. I feel safe I feel she is trustworthy and very supportive!

Can’t wait to chat and have our next call.

Holly is awesome! She’s already helped me so much in just two weeks, something I’ve never experienced with counseling before. She is truly here to help you through what you’re working on, so you can go to counseling and actually get results based help so you don’t need counseling forever. She also manages to be super informative, while still being relatable and understanding.
