Each person has experiences that contribute to their ability to cope and communicate. My goal is to support you in gaining awareness of the impact of these previous experiences on your present lives, goals, and relationships without judgment or shame. Following awareness with education and skill building supports the individual in building the life they hope for in the present and the future. I utilize your expertise on your experiences and collaborate using effective therapeutic modalities to unlock the barriers to your safety and emotional freedom.

Holly has been so amazing!! She’s really great at organizing my thoughts into a recognizable way to help me process them and make a way forward. I’m so grateful for her!

Very professional and personal needs are met at the same time, that's not an easy task to achieve. Holly has helped me understand things I wouldn't have been able to by myself. Other therapists I've talked to have always ended up upsetting and or making me angry. This has and continues to be the best experience for my mental health I could've ever asked for. Holly Long is amazing

I appreciate Holly and everything she does for me. I’ve been seeing her for 3 weeks now and look forward to each session. She talks person to person instead of therapist to person and it’s very comforting.
