About me

I am a licensed certified social worker-clinical (LCSW-C) in Maryland. I have been in the field for 15+ years working primarily with children, adolescents and young adults. My primary focus has been on attachment, anxiety, trauma, anger and related concerns.

Due to the nature of the settings in my background, I have often utilized a client centered, solution focused approach, initially and then modified to cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing or a more eclectic approach based on the goals of those that seek support.

I tend to have a relaxed and calm demeanor which I utilize during sessions. I enjoy learning about people and look forward to meeting you!

Holly is awesome. After only the first session meeting her I I instantly felt better about and more comfortable with her than I had any of the other counselors I have seen over the past 6 years. She’s kind, engaging and insightful and I feel really supported by her. Highly rate and recommend her!!
