About Me

Hi there! My name is Holly Stangle, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in attachment-based therapy. I love helping people find healing and wholeness in their lives and relationships. I don't believe therapy has to be stuffy, or intimidating, or look any certain way. My hope is to create a safe space where you can be real in your struggle, explore and process difficult things, and work together to heal and grow.

I have experience working with individuals and families with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, abuse, domestic violence, and parenting issues. I have extensive experience working with foster and adoptive families, am an adoptee myself (and have been a foster parent!). I also am passionate about supporting clients in exploring and processing cultural identity issues and multicultural experiences.

Really looking forward to partnering with you on your healing journey.

Holly was an amazing experience for a first timer. She listened and gave sound advice while encouraging me to continue to progress forward. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to speak and reveal things about themselves. I found it very comfortable to do so. Eddie

Holly was dope is what is would actually say. But let's make it professional... From the start Holly had an amazing energy about her self. Very warm and inviting, She ask the right questions, Made me feel comfortable and I'm more than confident in her ability to respond to situations in ways I could probably not imagine my self. I appreciate my time with this person in my life. I think it was well worth the time and experience! Thank you Holly! And Thank you BetterHelp for connecting the two of us!
