Hi there! My name is Holly Stangle, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in attachment-based therapy. I love helping people find healing and wholeness in their lives and relationships. I don't believe therapy has to be stuffy, or intimidating, or look any certain way. My hope is to create a safe space where you can be real in your struggle, explore and process difficult things, and work together to heal and grow.
I have experience working with individuals and families with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, abuse, domestic violence, and parenting issues. I have extensive experience working with foster and adoptive families, am an adoptee myself (and have been a foster parent!). I also am passionate about supporting clients in exploring and processing cultural identity issues and multicultural experiences.
Really looking forward to partnering with you on your healing journey.

Holly is kind, compassionate, a wonderful listener, respects my timing, encouraging, she sends me a summary at the end of our sessions which is super helpful to read after, I feel supported and I feel understood
Holly is wonderful. That is all.
Holly is an incredible listener, very compassionate, and the absolute sweetest. She’s even a great shoulder to *virtually* cry on. If I ever want therapy again, I’m reaching out to here!
Holly was an amazing experience for a first timer. She listened and gave sound advice while encouraging me to continue to progress forward. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to speak and reveal things about themselves. I found it very comfortable to do so. Eddie
