About me
Hi there! My name is Holly Stangle, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in attachment-based therapy. I love helping people find healing and wholeness in their lives and relationships. I don't believe therapy has to be stuffy, or intimidating, or look any certain way. My hope is to create a safe space where you can be real in your struggle, explore and process difficult things, and work together to heal and grow.
I have experience working with individuals and families with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, abuse, domestic violence, and parenting issues. I have extensive experience working with foster and adoptive families, am an adoptee myself (and have been a foster parent!). I also am passionate about supporting clients in exploring and processing cultural identity issues and multicultural experiences.
Really looking forward to partnering with you on your healing journey.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Holly for about 7 months. She really helped me through some dark times within my new marriage as well as personal issues. She was truly the best therapist that I have ever encountered in my life. Believe me I’m not just saying that! She listened to every word, remembered things about me, challenged me, and taught me lots of healthy coping tools. I am so thankful for the time we shared and will definitely miss our sessions. If you’re looking for someone who will guide you spiritually and genuinely care about you as a person, Holly is the right fit. I couldn’t ask for someone better!

Holly is a fantastic psychologist. I started therapy with her after coming out of a narcissistically abusive relationship. As I processed the experience, our sessions guided me through what led me to ignore red flags and how to manage the result in order to heal into my strongest self. My time with her was really helpful in traversing through these challenging times in my life. Today I feel triumphant and it’s due in part to the work I did with Holly. I’m grateful and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking therapy especially regarding abuse trauma.

Holly is an incredible listener, very compassionate, and the absolute sweetest. She’s even a great shoulder to *virtually* cry on. If I ever want therapy again, I’m reaching out to here!
