About Me

I am a Person-Centred Counsellor providing a safe, down to earth, and welcoming place to talk about the concerns you have.

As well as being a counsellor, I work in mental health services and have done so for over 20 years. This has helped me understand how difficult it can be to talk to someone you don’t know about personal matters that affect you. I feel strongly that everyone should be able to talk about their wellbeing in safe, comfortable space. its important to be able to talk to someone about what is bothering you.

I have a general interest in psychology and Buddhism, mindfulness and spiritual approaches to living. However, this is secular in nature.

My experience in both mental health and therapy is varied and feel experienced in many areas.
