My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. Ian brings a touch of compassion without being overbearing and acknowledges the feelings that one may feel without judgement letting them know that they’re not alone or weird for having those feelings. He’s has great humor and provides and abundance of steps one can take to better their mental health.
