About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and will only be taking patients that reside in Florida. I have 14 years of professional work experience helping clients with family conflicts, coping with grief and loss, & coping with life changes.

My philosophy is to provide a safe space for my clients in order to build a genuine therapeutic relationship where we can explore thoughts and feelings without judgement. My goal is to empower my clients to navigate through difficult moments, build healthy coping skills, and have a more fruitful and prosperous life. My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I use using multiple modalities to support clients who have anxiety, depression, family conflicts, are coping with grief, loss, and life changes.

My therapy style and approach draws influence from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. One of my priorities is to get a good understanding of where you are upon working together and adjustment treatment and approach to what will work best us as we work together to meet your goals.

I promise to be supportive throughout your healing journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. If at any time you feel like you need additional support that I cannot provide, I will assist in ensuring you are connected with the right therapist that can continue to assist you in your journey.
