I have a lot of life behind me - and I've developed a keen and intuitive insight into both everyday and unusual problems. I can very rarely be shocked and am not shy when it comes to telling the truth. I borrow from several therapeutic models: Cognitive Therapy, Mindfulness and Meditation, Person Centered Therapy and Relational Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
