About Me

Hi There,
I have been in practice since 2008. I have had the exceptional opportunity to work with many individuals, couples and families. I started my practice in New Jersey after graduating from Rutgers and completing my 2 years of clinical supervision. My clinical approach is strongly based in Empowerment, Accountability and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In 2012 I relocated to Colorado and had to close the doors in New Jersey. Colorado has been a dream, I love being outdoors, camping, hiking, biking and playing in the mountains. My kids and dogs have also adjusted quite well. I look forward to working with you. - Jackie

Jackie listens to me. She really listens. I know it's her job, but it feels like she really cares.

I was hesitant to have counseling in the past. I met a few therapists who did not quite understand me or help. Given my horrible work schedule, it is difficult for me to see a therapist in person. Jackie has been a fantastic help.

She has been very helpful. I look forward to receiving her replies because they are always so well-thought-out. She is very knowledgeable.

Jackie is fantastic. She gets back to me quickly and addresses all of my concerns. She checks up on me when I don't answer and I can tell she really cares about my well being. Would totally recommend her to anyone else!

Jackie is not only intuitive, but she's realistic. She knows how to communicate in a way that's supportive and offers genuine advice and helpful resources. I'm so happy that I was paired with her and that she is helping me in my journey to healing.
