About me
Hello! It takes courage and strength to seek help during challenging times. It's also helpful to talk to a third party who is trained and invested in your goals for how you wish to change. I am dedicated to supporting you in your journey to become healthy and happy. Here is a little about me:
I earned my undergraduate degree in Human Services from the California State University of Fullerton. During that time, I worked with adults with developmental disabilities as well as children and youth in the foster system. After obtaining my undergraduate degree, I took a year off and served at an orphanage in Afghanistan as well as teaching English to local and my Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California. I dedicated my educational, personal, and professional career in learning to help support individuals in their journey to change. I have worked in various settings with individuals and families with a particular interest in crisis work.
I have also experienced being the client in the therapeutic relationship and value the importance of finding someone you connect with and feel safe. It is important that you feel that you are heard, understood, and supported. It would be an honor to be that support for you!
