About me

Are you ready for change?
Does your past or anxiety have you in a chokehold?
Overwhelmed with feelings of self-doubt?
Ready to break free?

We are living in unique times and the struggle is all too real. The good news is that you don't have to travel on your journey of renewal alone. We all encounter adversities throughout our lifetime and various circumstances, along with the uniqueness that exists amongst us, determines how we handle it.

Through collaborative efforts, you'll increase your ability to navigate through this thing called life and grow from "surviving to thriving". I utilize an integrative and culturally-aware approach to therapy, all while incorporating the strengths you already bring to the table. If you're ready to release what has been holding you back from living your truth and living life confidently, then let's get to work!
