I wasn't sure about counseling before having a session with Jaime. I felt after one hour that she saw to my core in a way that my own friends and family often don't.

Makes me feel heard and asks me questions that force me to take a closer look at my challenges. A new perspective!

I've never had a counselor before. I was nervous about talking and opening about certain things. She's been my counselor for nearly a month now and has helped me out a lot. She's amazing and I'm glad I was paired with her! Thank you Jamie!
