Jalinda is so personable, a wonderful listener, and everything I've hoped for in a therapist where I have been let down in the past. I see great things coming from my time with her.

I have been with BetterHelp for 4 weeks. I was initially matched with Jalinda, and we are starting to develop a great relationship. She always has lots of additional worksheets and resources for me to consider. I like that she tailors each session to how I am feeling that day or what has happened recently. She has a gentle and welcoming way about her that can really make you forget you are doing a video therapy session. The sessions may be short but I feel that she is very good at making the most of your time.
