My work experience with the U.S Army, Family Protective Services, U.S. Coast Guard, and Veterans Administration as a therapist has been rewarding and enhanced my ability to provide therapy to a broad population in need. I am certified to provide Cognitive Processing Therapy, L.G.B.T. I enjoy empowering clients to take charge of their health and well-being to live life to the fullest and reach a balance of mind and body spirit. My goals are to provide quality services to clients that help their lives prosper and grow.
Clients' mental, emotional, and wellness are challenges clients experience; I offer approaches to achieve stability in work and lifestyle. I work with clients to recognize skills and dreams, life's goals, move past challenges, and help them navigate the different thoughts, feelings, and behaviors necessary for quality of life improvement.
You and I can help identify strengths and weaknesses and overcome obstacles holding back growth and balance in personal and professional life. Let us focus on what is happening now in life, pinpointing resistance to change and bridging the gap to a successful life.
